The Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF) Implementing Agency (IA) conducted a ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of the Lively Farm Road, Diamond Village on Friday, 27th November, 2020.

This project is funded by the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Caribbean Development Bank.

The Minister of Agriculture Hon. Saboto Caesar, was in attendance and delivered brief remarks.
